Nature at it's finest.

Why hello family! It's been a while and I need to fill you in on quite a bit

First off my job. It has some definite ups and downs. For one, I only work a maximum of 6 hours a day and get paid the full 8. Another is that I'm in the best shape of my life. I walk an average of 8 miles a day and drink about 50 oz. of water by 2 o'clock. I think the biggest benefit is all the time I get to think. I've thought about many many things in those quiet walks. Why the sky actually is blue, the marvel of a seed turning into a distinct plant, the fact that if I use the same amount of shampoo everyday from now until I'm 80 I'll have used about 35 gallons of shampoo. I've also had a million different thoughts on bugs.

Often I feel like I'm in an epic bug battle fought Star Wars style with my head as the death star. Dragonflies are X wings, Horse and Deer Flies are A wings, and nasty Mosquitoes are Tie fighters. The constant barrage of insects leaves me swinging at the air and slapping myself.

And I've run out of time so good day!

The last two weeks!

Hola from Michigan!
A lot has happened in the last two weeks. We went to Cedar Point, ( http://www.cedarpoint.com/ ) a huge amusement park in the middle of Lake Eire, and rode the most intense roller coasters I've ever seen. (Super sunburn that day) We went to an enormous strawberry patch and picked about 12 pounds of berries and made freezer jam with them, (delicious by the way) They were only $1.20 a pound too! Found a few AMAZING sushi joints. Planted our garden. Halfway put up the pool that they've been working on for 4 years now. (I WILL GET IT DONE, I REALLY WANT TO SWIM!!!) And I'm loving it here so far.

Today was my first day on the job and I wore my converse on a 5 hour walk. My feet got soaked and my hip hurts now. I'm not in very good health at the time because of a my lazy job at the music store and I never worked out. Lemme just say that 12 miles of walking wore on me heavily.

At the time being I'm trying to get an internship at Toyota for Engineering. I'd start out making $18 an hour, about double what I make now. And I wouldn't have a mindless job of walking and reading numbers ALL DAY LONG.

I'm working on finding some pictures to post of various things. Tara's house where I'm staying, the pool we're working on, and the garden we've planted so watch for those soon!

I LOVE YOU ALL!
Justin

Oh Michigan!

Hello from Howell, Michigan!
As most of you know I made a big transition in my life and moved to Michigan where my fiance Cassara Olligschlager is from.
First off we drove here from Rexburg. What a horrible drive. 28 hours of NOTHING! Wyoming was dry and I got a bloody nose. OH, and there was nothing for miles. Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana. Mostly nothing. Not to mention the bucket of water that fell from the sky Tuesday night. The little Toyota we were driving kept hydroplaining and we didn't have a place to stop even though we'd been driving for 15 hours. Anyways, it was a long drive.

We got here Wednesday night extremely tired and sleepy so we went right to bed. I got dropped off at Tara's (her sister) where I'll be staying, and collapsed on her sofa. The next day was followed by a barage of girls ogleing her ring which was then followed by a parade to dress shopping. She had 8 bros and sisters. 5 of them girls. They all left to go dress shopping so that day I spent my time cleaning out the car, organizing my room, checking my email, searching for a car and a job, and a taking an hour for a most lovely nap.
Later, when the girls returned from dress shopping, we had dinner and got all caught up with everyone here. That is a lengthy task lemme tell you. 8 bros and sisters all but one married and only two don't have kids. Lots and lots of people.
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to not have any alone time but they're all nice fun people so it's not so bad.
This is all for now, but I'll keep you all up to date!
LOVE YOU
